Returns & refunds
We want you to love your Vongo. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. We’re an online-only store, so all returns are handled by courier.
30-day guarantee
Return your flask within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- The flask must be unused, in its original packaging and in the condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
- Damage from misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear isn’t covered.
How to return
- Contact us. Email info@vongo.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return, within 30 days of delivery.
- Get approval. We’ll review your request and send a return authorisation number if approved.
- Pack it up. Put the flask back in its original box with all accessories, and write the authorisation number on the outside.
- Ship it back. We’ll arrange a courier collection and send you a label. Please don’t ship it yourself unless we ask you to.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the flask, we’ll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- If your flask arrived damaged, let us know straight away and we’ll replace or refund it.
- Return shipping is on us if the flask is defective or we sent the wrong item. Otherwise the customer covers return shipping.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Follow the same steps and we’ll send the replacement once we receive and approve the returned flask.
